The United
Canine Association (UCA) offers high quality
printed puppy certificates / papers for each
puppy in the litter to its members.
The Temporary Puppy Certificates give
important information such as the puppies
Sire & Dam's registered names and their
registration numbers.
Each Temporary Puppy Certificates also
provides each pups sex, color, date of birth
and list the registered owner of the litter.
To receive puppy / litter papers, a UCA
breeder must complete a UCA
Litter
Application Form.
UCA breeders may order this form by calling
the UCA Registration Office at: (661)
822-5482 and requesting them from the office
staff or by down loading them via this site.
Single
Registration Applications
- No charge
Single
Registration Applications are used to apply
for UCA registration in the following
situations:
A. Dogs which
are currently registered with
another
recognized kennel club
may be dual registered with the United
Canine Association by completing the UCA
Single
Registration Application,
including a photo copy of the other kennel
club’s registration papers, and sending them
to the United Canine Association's
Registration Office with the proper fee, or
B. Dogs which
have no previous registration history may be
registered by providing 2 witness signatures
attesting to the purebred status of the dog
along with 3 photos (1 frontal,1 left sided
view and 1 right sided view) of the dog to
confirm it is of proper breed type or
phenotype as defined by the UCA
Registration Rules / Guidelines.

site or the UCA staff will be happy to mail
applications to you.

Single Dog Registration
Fee - $20.00
You have to
complete a
Single Registration Application and
mail it to the United Canine Association registration office along with the
correct fee to have your dog certified
and entered into the UCA registry and
genetic database. The fee
ensures registration in the UCA's canine
genetics database and identifies the owner
on record. An
official certified UCA registration certificate
will be issued and mailed to you upon the
approval & completion of the registration of your dog.
Single Dog Registration with Photo -
$35.00
For those who
want a more personal touch on their
dog's registration papers, we offer the UCA
registration certificate with a photo of
your dog. If you choose this
service, your dog will be registered in the
same manner as described for the Single Dog
Registration. In addition, your dog’s
picture will be included on the certified
UCA registration certificate.
The UCA Photo Registration Certificate also
provides a valuable from of identification
in the case of theft or if your canine
companion is lost and can aid in recovery
and proof of ownership. Please supply a
high
quality photo for this service.
UCA Certified Pedigrees (3 generations) - $10.00
The United
Canine Association can issue a certified pedigree for 3 generations of ancestry on most UCA
registered dogs. A pedigree (family tree) may be ordered
at the time of registration of your dog or
at any time there after. Pedigrees may be updated
with ancestral information from other
registry organizations at any time.
UCA Certified Pedigrees (4
generations) - $15.00
The United
Canine Association can issue a certified pedigree for
4 generations of ancestry on most UCA
registered dogs. A pedigree (family tree) may be ordered
at the time of registration of your dog or
at any time there after. Pedigrees may be updated
with ancestral information from other
registry organizations at any time.
UCA Certified Pedigrees (5
generations) - $25.00
The United
Canine Association can issue a certified pedigree for
5 generations of ancestry on most UCA
registered dogs. A pedigree (family tree) may be ordered
at the time of registration of your dog or
at any time there after. Pedigrees may be updated
with ancestral information from other
registry organizations at any time.
UCA Certified Pedigrees
with Photo (3 generations) - $25.00
The United
Canine Association can make your UCA
certified
pedigree extra special by including your
dog’s picture on his pedigree (family
tree). This unique
service is offered for 3 generation UCA pedigrees
and may be purchased for a $25.00 fee.

UCA Certified Pedigrees
with Photo (4 generations) - $30.00
The United
Caine Association can make your UCA
certified
pedigree extra special by including your
dog’s picture on his pedigree (family
tree). This unique
service is offered for 4 generation UCA pedigrees
and may be purchased for a $30.00 fee.

tree). This unique
service is offered for 5 generation UCA pedigrees
and may be purchased for a $40.00 fee.

Kennel Name Registration -
$100.00
The United Canine Association offers breeders the option to protect the
exclusive use / rights of their kennel's
name in the naming of UCA registered dogs. When a kennel name is registered, the United Canine Association will exercise reasonable care in protecting the name for the
exclusive use of the individual (s) to whom it has been registered. A registered kennel name is protected in all positions of a dog's name. For example, if the
name "Rio Bravo" was a registered kennel name, then the name could not appear anywhere in the name of a dog without the written permission of the owner of that kennel name. Further, a dog or litter cannot be registered with a kennel as its owner unless the kennel name is registered with the UCA.
