Click the above link then fill out the online form and hit "submit", your application is then sent to the United Canine Association's Registration Office. 

All that is then required is for you to contact the UCA at (417) 924-2291 ands make the necessary payment. 

 

2.  Online Single Dog Registration:  

Option 1:  Single Dog Registration 

Click the above link then fill out the online form and hit "submit", your application is then sent to the United Canine Association's Registration Office. 

All that is then required is for you to contact the UCA at (417) 924-2291 ands make the necessary payment and then email three (3) required photos of your dogs to the UCA office to accompany the application.
